Eric Walker

Eric is a director of photography and editor who bridges the gap between production and post, always thinking about how on-set choices serve the final cut. He’s a creative who can see the vision through to delivery.

His love of documentaries led him to study broadcast journalism before transitioning into corporate and commercial filmmaking. Since then, his work has appeared everywhere from social media feeds to movie theaters.

Outside of Haystack, Eric runs a filmmaking-focused YouTube channel where he explores the technical side of cinematography and answers the questions that keep filmmakers up at night. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and way too much camera gear.
